What is the oven temperature for baking the kale chips?

Yummy, but instructions are lacking

The kale chips turned out great, but I had to seek out additional recipes as the USDA recipe did not include oven temperature or measurements for spices.

be watchful of cooking

Great recipe for introducing kale to children. Helpful to use parchment paper as a liner on top of the pan. Parchment liner can be reused (to save costs). If there are leftovers and if the kale is completely dry, store in an airtight canning jar/container and use later on in soups.

bake temp & time

I've made kale chips many times.
I bake at 425 for 5-10 minutes, checking every two minutes, sometimes rearranging the leaves on baking trays. They can burn quickly be watchful. Tip - keep oven light on!
Enjoy!
My kids loved them!

I baked these for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. I seasoned with a little salt and some garlic powder. Everyone loved them and my mother-in-law asked for the recipe!
