Pollo al Horno sin freír

Ingredientes

  • 4 pound piezas de pollo, sin pellejo
  • 8 ounce yogur, sin grasa y sabor natural
  • 1 1/2 migas de pan o cereal machacado
  • Aceite en aerosol

Direcciones

1. Caliente el horno a 325°F.

2. Vierta el yogur sobre las piezas de pollo. Cubra con las migajas de pan o cereal machacado.

3. Engrase los moldes para hornear con el aceite en aerosol y coloque las piezas sobre los moldes.

4. Hornee por 1 hora, volteando piezas de pollo después de 30 minutos o cuando el pollo se dore.

5. Sirva. Refrigere los sobrantes.
