Your food plan is personalized, based on your age, sex, height, weight, and physical activity level. For a more advanced experience, you can create a personal daily food plan using the SuperTracker's MyPlan. You will be asked to create a profile, and you can register to save it if you want. You can then use some or all of the SuperTracker's other features.
