Continue to make small changes to what you eat and how you move. Swap fruit-flavored candy for whole or cut fruit, try a new vegetable at dinner and take the stairs instead of the elevator. Over time these small changes will add up!

Now I start my day with fruits and veggies by having a homemade smoothie for breakfast. I use almond milk, banana, berries, and kale or spinach (for iron). You have such great tips!!
