Whip up a batch from scratch! Make your own salsa with fresh or no-salt-added canned tomatoes. Use chilies, cilantro, onions, and garlic for flavor.
Instead of jam or jelly on my PB&J sandwiches, I fill it with fruits like sliced grapes, sliced bananas, blueberries, or raspberries. This way, I cut back on added sugars and increase my daily fruit intake. And, it's DELICIOUS!
